As you pilot your spacecraft, you must stay alert and agile. Throughout your journey, you'll come across various obstacles, and any contact with a malus—for instance, an astronaut with a red cross—will cost you a point. Scoring points is crucial, as each astronaut saved adds to your success, but losing points could jeopardize your rank and overall mission outcomes.
To enhance your gameplay experience, you'll need to master the controls. Use your mouse to maneuver your spaceship with precision, dodging obstacles and navigating through tight spaces. When faced with threats, don’t hesitate to utilize your firepower. Press the spacebar to shoot; however, you only have five shots available at the start, making it vital to be judicious with your ammunition. Keep an eye out for ammo packs that fall from the sky, as collecting these will replenish your shots, ensuring you stay equipped for the challenges ahead.
In moments of peril, you can activate a temporary state of invincibility by executing a left double-click. This power-up lasts for five precious seconds, providing you with a crucial window to escape dangerous situations. However, be mindful of the cooldown period; you'll need to wait 15 seconds before activating your immortality again, a cooldown timer that is conveniently displayed at the bottom center of your screen.
