Scuffed Uno
Scuffed Uno is an exciting web-based rendition of the beloved card game, Uno. The objective is straightforward: be the first player to discard all your cards, similar to other Crazy Eights-style card games. You can enjoy Scuffed Uno with anywhere from 2 to 4 players, making it a perfect choice for both solo and group play.
To enhance your chances of victory in Scuffed Uno, various strategies can be employed. The main goal is to eliminate your cards faster than your opponents. Players must match the color or number of the previously placed card to continue their turn. If you're unable to play any of your cards, the rules require you to draw from the deck until you find a playable option. Remember, when you have only one card left, you must declare “UNO” to avoid a penalty of drawing two additional cards!
The Scuffed Uno deck consists of 108 cards in total, with number cards representing 70% of the deck. Each of the four colors features 19 number cards, ranging from 0 to 9. Specifically, there is one card marked with zero and two cards for each of the other numbers. The remaining 30% of the deck consists of action cards and wild cards that introduce strategic elements to the game.
Action cards play a pivotal role in the gameplay of Scuffed Uno. There are three types of action cards, with two of each color in the deck: the Skip card, which causes the next player to lose their turn; the Reverse card, which changes the direction of play; and the Draw Two card, which forces the next player to draw two cards while missing their turn.
Wild cards add even more excitement. The game features two different types of wild cards, with four of each in the deck. The regular Wild card allows the player to choose which color to play next, while the Wild Draw Four card not only requires the player to declare the next color but also compels the next player to draw four cards.
